From our home base in Houston, Texas -- a center for global oil and gas activity -- we serve projects around the world. Working with other Fugro companies, we provide a range of services for the complete life cycle of a project, starting at feasibility, through front-end engineering, and into construction and maintenance. We consistently provide sound project management and adhere to oil and gas industry standards of health, safety, environment, and quality.
Our services include geotechnical and geological desktop studies, geohazard assessment, earthquake engineering, and foundation design. In the field and laboratories, we perform investigations, analyses and interpretation, in situ deep foundation testing and material testing. We also offer nondestructive testing (NDT) and visual inspection services.
Fugro Consultants is increasingly being called upon to provide a single, project-managed package of services. For oil and gas installations along coasts, we provide our own onshore geotechnical services and manage additional Fugro services, including offshore geotechnical and geophysical services; land- and airborne-based survey and geophysical services; and met ocean services. This approach is utilized by the downstream processing and LNG industries, pipeline transportation and storage, and O&G field development.
