The Perkins Rowe Development consists of a multi-faceted development community of over 300,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space, a 6-story NeuroMedical facility along with a 5-story parking garage, 9-story mid-rise condominium and brownstone structures. The total project site is approximately 45 acres. Project completion is slated for 2010.
